Tamales, Yum Yum
Here is a simplified break down of the tamale process. Good meat, slow cooked to perfection. The wrapping process is not pictured as my hands get to covered in goo to handle a camera. The best step is the 3rd picture, where you get to put the fork to the plate. Yum Yum

More dogs lurking........
Well I have been cooking pizzas, they are so easy and the oven makes the house nice and warm for a minute. It seems that every time I pull one out of the oven there is a dog or two somewhere.
The lower pic is quite possible one the most recent Big Foot Sightings that I have seen. Seems he trying to run away and kicking up some snow.
Hope all is well out there, Rich

Pizzas

Thought it might be good to get some more food pictures on here and here are a couple. The rock up top is out by Canyon Diablo and I thought it looked kinda cool.
Trying to come up with a special for Valentines Day I was thinking of something along the lines of of: Pea Pesto Stuffed Grilled Chicken Breast, Steamed Greenbeans, Stuffed Mushrooms, Oatmeal Cake w/Cream Cheese Icing, and a nice bottle of Wine delivered to your doorstep. Also a Tri Tip with same sides would be good. I'll have to work on the logistics. If anyone is interested and lives in Flagstaff let me know before the 10th of February.

Art Walk in Bisbee
On a recent quick trip to Bisbee, in southern Arizona(any further south and it would be in Mexico) I got to see some cool stencils and have a look around town. Town is great(sorry no pics) and is reminiscent of Eureka Springs in Arkansas. Nice old houses, art galleries, and lots of restauraunts. The only thing of note I got to eat was great scone at the coffee shop, I think that they must have fried it in butter and it was awesome. Here are some of the stencils that I happened upon.
